Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We offer refunds, returns, and exchanges on select products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (if a DIY kit), unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that digital products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Approved refunds for sale items will be issued based on the discounted price paid at the time of purchase, not the original price.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at dakacozycreations@gmail.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at dakacozycreations@gmail.com for the return shipping address.

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
